Premium Content Creation includes everything from Professional Content Creation adding even more advanced content such as Custom Photography, Custom Advanced Videos, and Help Writing Blog Entries.

For example, Essential Updates includes making updates such as performing new Essential Content Creation (i.e. custom images), adding images to your gallery, updating text on a page or maybe making some minor updates to highlight an upcoming event. Professional Updates includes everything from Essential Updates adding in performing new Professional Content Creation (i.e. Custom Basic Video and Infographics) and doing complete page refreshes as requested. Premium Updates includes everything from Professional Updates adding in performing new Premium Content Creation (custom photography, advanced videos, help writing blog entries), Creating Custom Landing Pages and Interactive Content utilizing custom Javascript, HTML and CSS.

Our web designers have a wide array of skills allowing them to perform all necessary tasks from Web Design to Custom Content Creation to Basic SEO instead of handing off portions of the project to specialists. This keeps overhead costs low and provides consistent communication and implementation throughout the project including support.

The average website takes 2-4 weeks to complete depending on customer requirements such as complexity and quantity of custom content, whether commerce is required and whether custom Javascript, CSS and HTML is required. Even with longer projects, we can complete the website in phases allowing your online presence to start early in the process while we continue to fill in content and pages in parallel.

Yes — you'll always have access to your website. During your contract, we handle updates for you as part of your plan (see our Essential/Professional/Premium Update tiers above), so you don't need any technical expertise day-to-day. If you'd ever like to make a change yourself or bring in another developer, we'll give you full access to the source code — there's no proprietary platform standing in the way. And when your contract ends, that same full access goes with you, so nothing you paid for stops working or gets locked behind a platform we control.

Since we build every website from the ground up with custom code rather than relying on a page-builder platform, we integrate a dedicated analytics tool — Google Analytics — directly into your site. You'll get your own free Google Analytics account and dashboard, completely independent of us, where you can track visits, traffic sources, bounce rate, unique visitors, and more, for as long as you own the site.

You own 100% of your website's source code — there's no proprietary platform locking you in. Before your contract ends, we'll walk you through everything and package up all the files you need to move forward on your own. You're free to host it wherever you'd like and bring on any developer for future updates, including us if you'd like to keep working together. All the custom content and functionality we built will keep working exactly as it does today.
