What is the difference between Essential Content Creation, Professional Content Creation and Premium Content Creation?
These are varying levels of content matching the chosen plan that basically increase in time required to create. For example, Essential Content Creation includes Custom Images designed to bring life to your social media posts. These images are a great opportunity to engage your audience. Professional Content Creation includes everything from Essential Content Creation adding on more complex and time consuming but further engaging content such as Custom Basic Video and Infographics. Premium Content Creation includes everything from Professional Content Creation adding even more advanced content such as Custom Photography and Custom Advanced Videos.
Why are your costs so much lower than other companies?
Willett Brands is a small company with very small overhead costs and efficient processes. Our Social Media Managers have a wide array of skills allowing them to perform all necessary tasks from creating Social Media Plans to Custom Content Creation to Platform Management instead of handing off portions of the project to specialists. This keeps overhead costs low and provides consistent communication and implementation throughout the project including support.
How long does it take to get started?
The average time needed to create a Social Media Plan, create necessary Social Media accounts, create initial content and schedule posts is 3-5 weeks depending on customer requirements such as complexity and quantity of custom content and number of platforms. Even with longer projects, we can typically create the initial content quickly to allowing your online presense to start early in the process while we continue to create and schedule additional content according to the plan.
What all is included with a Social Media Plan?
To build a Social Media Plan we will meet with you as much as necessary to understand your business, brand and goals then use that information to build a structured plan forward that we both agree makes sense for your business. This plan includes things like the types of posts, when those posts will occur, on which platforms (i.e. Facebook) and what hashtags to use on posts.
What are Custom Campaigns
Custom Campaigns include building a series of advertisments towards a business goal. This may include images and/or video with a focus on a particular topic that will post across platforms over time continuing to keep customer focus towards that topic. Examples include building up attendees for an upcoming event or driving purchases for a special sale that only exists for a period of time.
What is meant by Boost Budget?
Boosting your social media posts is a marketing tactic that can exponentially increase the amount of people that see your content. The concept is simple: pay to have your posts show up as sponsored content on non-followers’ timelines in order to gain more exposure. The more you pay, the more people who see it. Professional and Premium plans include a budget for boosting but you can always add funds to that budget.
Will I have access to my social media platforms?
Yes. Willett Brands will provide you with Administrative access to all your accounts; afterall they are your accounts. We will build a Social Media Plan laying out a rhythm of posting but we always encourage our clients to post additional content on top of those posts making your social media presence more personal. Having access to your social media accounts also provides you with access to all the built in platform tools such as Analytics. When the contract ends, you will continue to have complete access to manage your social media accounts.
